Ten Brinke and CRX Real Estate sell 300 apartments in Berlin to Berlinovo

A joint venture between Ten Brinke and CRX Real Estate is selling two residential construction projects with around 300 units in Berlin to the state-owned Berlinovo as part of a forward deal. The projects in Lichtenberg and Marzahn-Hellersdorf are under construction and are scheduled for completion by the beginning of 2028.

Ten Brinke sells housing project in Freiburg to Wertgrund

Ten Brinke has sold a residential construction project in Freiburg to a fund managed by WERTGRUND. The project includes 70 subsidized apartments and a daycare center. Construction is scheduled to start in February.
