URBZ Capital and NW1 Partners are launching the IOS platform Terryn in Germany. The target is a CLA of around EUR 500 million; CBRE Investment Management is providing EUR 200 million in equity for Germany. Start with five locations, Managing Director is Peter Wenzel.
