Westend Bank AG is acquiring 100 percent of Westend Estates GmbH (formerly 7280 Property Management) from 7280 Improving Assets GmbH. In doing so, it is strengthening its real estate management and making use of existing structures and mandates. Rosenfeld and Keppke emphasise growth opportunities.
