Phil Radtke and Maximilian Vigansky will take over the residential real estate and investment business as managing directors together with COO Nadine Vigansky. In addition, the industrial and logistics leasing division will be established at BBI.
BBI Immobilien is repositioning itself. With Phil Radtke, Nadine Vigansky and Maximilian Vigansky, three entrepreneurs are taking a stake in the traditional house on Kurfürstendamm through their investment companies and are taking over the management of the core business with residential real estate and investments. At the same time, Managing Director Andreas Krone will expand the industrial and logistics division of the company, which has been active on the Berlin market since 1995.
The new leadership team
Phil Radtke, CEO and Managing Director, is responsible for the residential division and the investment business. The IHK and EIA-certified real estate agent previously worked in the lead and sales business of ImmoScout24, was the first Keller Williams broker in Germany to help build up the Berlin office and founded Pentos Real Estate. He brings this profile of market knowledge, sales strength and entrepreneurial experience to the realignment of BBI.
“BBI combines what is rare in Berlin: a brand that has been established for 30 years and is open to new things. NAI apollo and the NAI Germany Partners network offer us additional opportunities to expand the commercial market and also bring international partners to Berlin.” Phil Radtke
Nadine Vigansky, COO, is responsible for the operational business and sales strategy of BBI Immobilien. The certified real estate agent (IHK) built up a team of 140 sales employees at Aroundhome as Director Inside Sales and most recently worked at WattFox. Their focus is on measurable results, clear accountability and a customer experience that combines quality, speed and reliability.
“For many people, selling a property is one of the most important decisions of their lives. That’s why it takes more than good brokers: excellent processes, real market knowledge and a team that takes responsibility.” Nadine Vigansky
Maximilian Vigansky, CDO & CFO and Managing Director, is responsible for digitalization and finance. As a licensed real estate agent, construction financing and insurance broker IHK, he covers brokerage, financing and hedging. Prior to that, he was responsible for sales, marketing and recruiting at VIAFON GmbH for eight years. At BBI, he is building the AI-supported marketing and process platform, from data-based pricing to automated customer approach.
“People buy from people. Our aim is to digitally map all processes around it: AI-supported marketing, which noticeably relieves our brokers, and data-based valuations that provide owners and buyers with the necessary information more quickly.” Maximilian Vigansky
On July 1, Leon Westner, previously at Logivest, strengthened the Berlin team. He will look after the commercial and logistics real estate market and is responsible for the further expansion of the division.
“With the new management team in the residential segment and the NAI-apollo network behind us, we are developing BBI into a full-service hotel: residential, investment and commercial under one brand.” Andreas Krone
Celebration of the realignment
BBI will celebrate the realignment on 23 September 2026 at its own premises at Kurfürstendamm 178-179 bbi@bbi-immobilien.de.
