Quantum once again reports leasing success in Berlin: Wolt, another top international tenant, is moving into BEAM Berlin – bringing the occupancy rate of the modern office and commercial building to over 95 percent.
Quantum is keeping the pace of letting in Berlin high. The Hamburg-based project developer and investment manager was able to win another well-known tenant for BEAM Berlin and agree on a long-term lease with Wolt. Savills brokered the rental.
BEAM Berlin: Occupancy rate over 95 percent
With this new letting, BEAM Berlin achieves an occupancy rate of over 95 percent. At the beginning of 2024, Quantum had taken over the completion as well as the leasing and asset management for the project. Since then, the healthtech company Eterno and the international co-working provider Industrious have been able to move into their high-quality space and open their locations in BEAM Berlin.
Berlin office market: Quantum keeps pace high
In a challenging market environment, Quantum achieves a strong letting performance. Speaking in figures: around 15,000 m² of office space in the past three months. These include the successful leases in P1 in City West to the international advertising service provider and media group Publicis as well as to RITTERWALD Unternehmensberatung and HYSTAKE Investment Partners.
“With the latest lettings, we are sending a clear positive signal to the Berlin office market. High-quality, modern spaces that are tailored to the needs of users are convincing – and continue to be in demand,” says Arndt Buchwald, Managing Director of Quantum.
“The current letting performance shows that the Berlin office market is by no means at a standstill, but that a lot is possible with the right offer,” adds Daniel J. Gedack, also Managing Director of Quantum.
