The ABC Tower in Cologne has achieved two significant lettings successes. A long-standing tenant is expanding its premises by around 1,200 square metres, bringing its total office space to around 6,600 square metres, and is renewing its lease as part of this expansion. In addition, ANDRITZ Separation GmbH has taken on a lease for around 1,000 square metres of office space. With these two deals, all office space in the ABC Tower is now fully let.
PROXIMUS ASSET MANAGEMENT has been responsible for the asset management of the landmark property at Ettore-Bugatti-Straße 6–14 since 2018 and has overseen both lettings in the ABC Tower. Deutsche Post’s expansion and the new lease with ANDRITZ demonstrate the effectiveness of PROXIMUS’s long-term letting and asset management strategy. This strategy focuses on ongoing dialogue with tenants, bespoke space concepts and the active further development of the building. This enables the company to secure long-term tenant relationships and successfully position the ABC Tower in the market, even in a challenging market environment.

The ABC Tower is situated in the Cologne Airport Business Park in Porz-Gremberghoven and offers around 24,000 square metres of gross floor area, as well as 450 parking spaces in its own car park. The site is characterised by its convenient transport links, with direct access to the motorway, proximity to Cologne/Bonn Airport and good public transport connections.
