Berlin: Aengevelt arranges new German headquarters for drone manufacturers.
An international developer and producer of autonomous AI drones for a wide range of innovative high-tech applications, e.g. in the fields of agriculture, logistics, energy, etc., was looking for a larger location for its German subsidiary in Berlin. Aengevelt is brokering a complete building with around 900 m² of office and production space in the south of Berlin.
“The company specializes in customer-specific software development and production of modern drone technology. To expand its German business, it was looking for a larger location. To this end, we presented the company with the complete range of space in question. One of the decisive factors for the lease was the optimal combination of office and production space for the company. The drone manufacturer will use the new premises for Germany-wide sales, customer-specific software development and the assembly of high-performance drone systems. Another deciding factor was the possibility of sole use of the property,” says Adina Schmidt from Aengevelt Berlin, explaining the background to the deal.
