TaXperts Berlin Steuerberatungsgesellschaft mbH & Co. KG specialises in providing comprehensive advice to a wide range of clients of all legal forms from industry, trade and services. As part of the company’s expansion, including the acquisition of another tax firm, TaXperts was looking for a new, larger location in Berlin-Tegel. Aengevelt Immobilien brokered a lease agreement for around 460 m² of office space in the approx. 26,000 m² ensemble “Büropark und Technologiezentrum Am Borsigturm” in Berlin Tegel. The landlord is alstria. Leases will start at the beginning of 2027, when TaXperts will relocate within the quarter.

KG, remaining in the immediate vicinity of its previous location was an important prerequisite for renting. At the same time, the office ensemble managed by AG alstria offers modern, flexible office space as well as good transport and public transport connections and thus ideal conditions for consulting service companies such as TaXperts,” says Adina Schmidt, Senior Consultant at Aengevelt Berlin, commenting on the conclusion.
