BNPP RE advises Taylor Wessing on the new lease of around 6,000 m² of office space
The international law firm Taylor Wessing is leasing around 6,000 m² of office space in the Benrather Karree in Düsseldorf. BNP Paribas Real Estate exclusively advised the firm as part of a “Stay vs. Move” mandate to find the best possible office solution in the long term. Advice on the new space concept was provided by BNPP RE in-house specialists from Project Solutions, while technical advice was provided by Drees & Sommer.
The firm decided to move to Benrather Strasse 18 – 20 in order to maintain its long-cherished micro-location in the heart of Düsseldorf’s Central Business District and at the same time to optimise its own space concept in a future-proof manner. With more generous floor sizes on two floors, the Benrather Karree offers the ideal basis for short internal communication channels and, through the implementation of a contemporary space concept, an equally high level of office attractiveness for all employees.
The landlord of the Benrath Karree is Deka Immobilien, which will thus re-let part of the space that will become vacant in the future due to the departure of the anchor tenant Hengeler Müller even before the move-out in the summer of 2027.
