Robert C. Spies Immobilien im Bremer Norden GmbH has brokered a retail and office space in Bremen-Vegesack: On 1 December 2025, Weser Wochenblatt Verlagsgesellschaft mbH, publisher of the well-known newspaper “Das BLV”, has leased an area of around 122 m² at Reeder-Bischoff-Straße 65. The landlord is a private individual.
“We are pleased that we were able to support Weser Wochenblatt Verlagsgesellschaft in renting a centrally located location in Bremen-Vegesack,” says Maike Stelljes, real estate consultant at Robert C. Spies in Bremen-Nord.
