Peper & Söhne GmbH has leased a light industrial property at Lunedeich 165 in Bremerhaven to a subsidiary of a German technology group. The lease was advised and brokered by Robert C. Spies Industrial Real Estate GmbH & Co. KG.
Versatile property in an established commercial location
The commercial property was taken over by Peper & Söhne at the beginning of 2015. The multifunctional property is located on a plot of around 10,000 m² and has a total of around 3,800 m² of rental space. It is designed for two users and offers a wide range of possible uses. In addition to storage and assembly areas, the property includes two separate integrated office units as well as a spacious open space with outdoor storage and washing area. The space is supplemented by a hall height of up to 6.50 m UKB and four ground-level gates. The location benefits from its immediate proximity to the A27 motorway as well as excellent transport connections via the B71 in the direction of Bremen and Cuxhaven.
The technology company has leased a total of around 150 m² of office space, 1,350 m² of warehouse space and 3,500 m² of open space. The areas were already handed over in July 2026. “With the new tenant, the location gains a leading global provider of technology and mobility solutions that is an excellent fit for the property. The combination of strong partners with clear decision-making paths has advanced the leasing process quickly and efficiently,” says Christoph Peper, Managing Director of Peper & Söhne GmbH.
Malte Seemann, Head of Bremen for the logistics real estate sector at Robert C. Spies, adds: “The requirements for industrial and commercial real estate are becoming increasingly specific. What is needed are flexible space concepts, good infrastructural connections and properties that can be used without long lead times. The property on the Lunedeich met these requirements perfectly.”
