Global real estate services provider CBRE advised P3 on the lease of 32,500 square metres of logistics space in Siegenburg. The tenant is the logistics service provider “Müller – Die lila Logistik”, which was also advised by CBRE.

Located at Landshuter Straße 53, the property is located less than one kilometre from the A 93 motorway and is therefore strategically located between Munich, Regensburg and Ingolstadt. The sustainable features include photovoltaic modules, green facades, LED lighting, motion detectors, smart consumption meters, charging stations for electric vehicles and water-efficient systems.
