Global real estate services provider CBRE has exclusively advised multinational law firm Pinsent Masons on the lease of a new office in Düsseldorf’s Central Business District (CBD) as part of a tenant representation mandate. The law firm, headquartered in London, will leave its Düsseldorf office on August 1, 2026 and move into an area of around 1,050 square meters in the Benrather Karree at Benrather Straße 18-20. The landlord is Deka Immobilien, which was represented in the letting by BNP Paribas Real Estate.
“When looking for a suitable space, we considered all options in Düsseldorf’s Central Business District,” says Marcel Schülling, Director Office Leasing Germany at CBRE. “The Benrath Karree ultimately convinced with its central location, its representative architecture and its high-quality areas, which will be redesigned entirely according to the wishes of the new tenant. The lease to Pinsent Masons once again demonstrates the demand for high-quality office space in prime locations.”
