The global real estate service provider CBRE has brokered around 1,000 square meters of office space in the Bender Campus in Munich, an international consulting company. The landlord of the space is the Fritz Bender Foundation.
The modern Bender Campus office and commercial complex is located at Schleißheimer Straße 371–379 in the north of Munich, in the Milbertshofen-Am Hart district. The location is particularly impressive due to its direct location opposite the BMW Research and Innovation Centre (FIZ) as well as excellent transport connections.
The campus, developed by the Fritz Bender Foundation, comprises a total of around 28,000 square metres of rental space and offers flexible office units with high-quality furnishings. These include modern heating and cooling ceilings, cavity floors and a striking glass façade. The offer is complemented by a boarding house with around 154 furnished apartments for temporary living, an on-site gastronomic offer and an underground car park with around 470 parking spaces.
The leading international consulting and technology company is thus joining the existing tenant structure, which is characterized in particular by companies from the automotive and engineering industries – including ZF Friedrichshafen, Leoni, Schaeffler and other development partners.

Schleißheimer Straße also provides a quick connection to the Frankfurter Ring and the A99 motorway.
