The Federal Institute for Real Estate (BImA) has leased around 1,500 square metres of office and warehouse space in Stuttgart’s Bülow Tower. The global real estate service provider CBRE acted as an intermediary for the owner as part of a rental management mandate.
The Bülow Tower in Heilbronner Strasse is one of the architecturally defining office properties in Stuttgart and has positioned itself as an established location for modern working environments. The property, which comprises a total of almost 14,000 square metres of office space, has been awarded the LEED Gold sustainability certificate.
The property is located in a striking corner location in the established office location Löwentorzentrum in Stuttgart North. The location has excellent transport connections and very good accessibility by public transport. Bus and train stations are within walking distance. In addition, surrounding parks and green spaces contribute to the high quality of the location.
