Colliers has brokered the project site at Dorotheenstraße 90-92 in Düsseldorf’s Flingern district to GDI German Development Investors GmbH. The seller is a private community of owners. Colliers was exclusively commissioned with the marketing of the property.
The approximately 2,600 square metre site is located in the immediate vicinity of the Düsseldorf-Flingern S-Bahn station. Under the project name “Doro90”, GDI is planning to build around 160 modern student apartments. A preliminary building application has already been submitted for the area for the realisation of residential uses with up to six storeys plus a staggered floor. Completion of the project is scheduled for mid-2028.
