Robert C. Spies Immobilien GmbH & Co. KG Oldenburg has brokered an office space at Kleine Kirchenstraße 7 in Oldenburg. The new tenant is Brinkmann & Partner Rechtsanwälte Steuerberater Insolvenzverwalter PartG. The long-term lease began on June 1, 2026.
With around 30 branches and around 270 employees, the commercial law firm Brinkmann & Partner, headquartered in Hamburg, is one of Germany’s leading law firms in the areas of restructuring, insolvency law, insolvency administration and restructuring consulting. With its additional location in Oldenburg, the law firm is expanding its Germany-wide network.
