Quadoro Investment GmbH, together with its cooperation partner EB – Sustainable Investment GmbH (EB-SIM), informs about the progress of the construction of the Bodenrode solar park in the municipality of Bodenrode-Westhausen in the district of Eichsfeld. The photovoltaic system was commissioned in accordance with the EEG on 18 May 2026.

The Article 9 fund Quadoro Renewable Energies Europe (QEEE) took over the project, which was ready for construction, in September 2025. TEAG Solar GmbH, which has been responsible for the construction of the solar park since November 2025, was commissioned with the implementation.

On the approximately 7.4-hectare area, the construction measures for the construction and commissioning of the photovoltaic system were completed, while at the same time the cable routes were erected and the electrotechnical work was implemented. With the successful commissioning of the EEG, a central milestone in the course of the project was reached.

For the initial feed-in into the TEN grid, the transformers and medium-voltage switchgear are currently still missing. These are expected by the end of the third quarter of 2026 due to delivery times. Accordingly, the initial feed-in and the scheduled completion of the project are scheduled for autumn 2026.

The solar park has an installed capacity of around 10 MWp. The expected annual yield is around 10.7 million kilowatt hours.

Frank-Peter Wolf, Head of Technical Asset Management Renewable Energies at Quadoro Investment GmbH, explains: “The successful commissioning of the EEG confirms the structured course of the project. The Bodenrode solar park is developing as planned and shows that the close coordination of all those involved works well.”

“The main construction work has been carried out, and an important project step has been reached with the commissioning. On this basis, further work can be continued as planned,” adds Stefan Bösemann, project manager at TEAG Solar GmbH.

Tobias Reber, Head of Portfolio Management Renewable Energies at Quadoro Investment GmbH, adds with regard to the QEEE fund: “The project exemplifies our approach of entering the value chain earlier in selected cases. Through the targeted addition of essential components such as e.g. successful participation in the EEG tender and structural implementation, we can increase the value of the plant.”
