CoRE Solutions GmbH (CoRE), a specialist in real estate leasing and financing models similar to real estate leasing, has signed a build-and-lease agreement with VALEARA. The object of the commitment is the development and construction of a new facility for psychiatry, psychotherapy and psychosomatics. VALEARA is a healthcare company operating throughout Germany in the fields of neurology, psychiatry and psychotherapy with almost 1,000 employees at 16 locations.
Preparatory construction measures are currently underway on the 6,600 square metre site on Axstraße in Bochum-Linden. The groundbreaking ceremony for the new clinic building in timber hybrid construction will take place on 5 March 2026.The 8,500 square metres of total floor space will offer space for 63 inpatient beds, 29 treatment places in the day clinic for children and adolescents and an expected 28 treatment places in the day clinic for families and young adults.
The total investment costs amount to around 32 million euros. The Ministry of Labour, Health and Social Affairs in North Rhine-Westphalia is funding the new building with 22.5 million euros.

The property company has acquired the property and will now implement the construction project together with VALEARA. The structure creates a high level of predictability and forms the basis for reliable and very rapid resource management and project implementation.”
