CoreNet Global (CNG) and the IREBS Real Estate Academy have been jointly offering their successful course of study in corporate real estate management (ICREM) since 2013. A prize is awarded annually to the best of the year. It includes participation in the European CNG Summit from 8 to 10 September in Munich with full coverage of fees and costs with a total value of around 2,500 euros.
This year’s award went to Nikola Cabarkapa, Lead Real Estate Development & Facilities at the AI company IPAI in Heilbronn. With his outstanding academic performance, he took the lead in the current cohort of the intensive study program in Corporate Real Estate Management.

Nikola Cabarkapa is delighted with the award: “Completing the intensive course of study in Corporate Real Estate Management was an enormous enrichment for me, both professionally and personally. In particular, the intensive exchange with the speakers and my class as well as the opportunity to take on responsibility as a class representative have shaped this time. The fact that I was able to complete my studies at the top of my class makes me very proud. The four-month training initially concludes with the title “Corporate Real Estate Manager (IREBS)”. CoreNet Global fully recognises the IREBS intensive course in Corporate Real Estate Management. After successful completion, graduates can qualify for the international Capstone Seminar. This English-language additional module takes place abroad annually and leads to the internationally recognized Master of Corporate Real Estate (MCR) degree.
