Scope confirms very high quality in KGAL's asset management

In the evaluation, Scope emphasises in particular the significantly above-average industry experience of the management and the second management level, the high quality standards of the investment processes and risk management as well as the wide range of products with a high level of structuring competence.

New business with tailor-made institutional product solutions, especially for insurance companies and foundations, was also given positive mention. The main driver here is the above-average track record in Infrastructure and Real Estate. The aviation business also recorded a clearly positive development on the basis of the strategic partnership with Deutsche Lufthansa AG. In the real estate sector, the portfolios, which are mainly invested in core and core-plus properties, are convincing and have a stabilising effect.
