DAHLER Invest continues its expansion course with five new locations

DAHLER Invest, a specialist in the brokerage of residential and commercial buildings to private and semi-professional investors, is further expanding its Germany-wide network with the opening of five new locations. Since the beginning of May, DAHLER Invest has also been represented at the locations in Hanover, Karlsruhe / Baden Baden, Ludwigsburg, Nuremberg and Rostock.

Philip C. Hetzer, Managing Partner of DAHLER Invest, says: “We started with a tailwind and have opened a total of 23 locations within just over a year since DAHLER Invest was founded. This highlights the long-term demand and market opportunities we see in this segment. It is also important to us that our customers benefit from the advantages of our close-knit DAHLER network, in which we find the right asset for them transparently from a single source throughout Germany. Accordingly, we will consistently continue our expansion course and expand the DAHLER Invest team.” 

With the opening of the five new offices, DAHLER Invest is now present at 23 locations in Germany. Jörn Fischer will take over the management of the Hanover office, Karlsruhe / Baden Baden will be managed by Martin Karim, Ludwigsburg by Sven Wagner, Nuremberg by Thilo Klotz and Rostock by Viola Krecker and Johann Janiel.
