Deka Immobilien has signed a new lease agreement for around 5,000 sqm of office space in the Occidens property in Frankfurt am Main. The German auditing and consulting firm RSM Ebner Stolz has rented the space. The approximately 10,000 sqm office building is located at Bockenheimer Landstraße 43-49 in Frankfurt’s Westend. It is part of the portfolio of the open-ended real estate fund WestInvest ImmoValue, which is aimed exclusively at institutional investors. The property is certified with the DGNB Gold seal of approval for sustainable construction.
