CUBION Immobilien AG has successfully brokered two lease agreements for a total of around 690 m² of office space at Stockholmer Allee 32a–c in Dortmund.
The space is located on the 1st floor of the office property and was rented to two different users. The new tenants are a company from the human resources department and a company from the electrical engineering sector.
The location offers optimal conditions for the future use of the office space. In addition to the sought-after location with good transport connections, the decisive factors for the rentals were the numerous parking spaces and the reliable and fast communication on the landlord side.
