Colliers and Brockhoff advised on the successful sale of a centrally located office and commercial building in Immermannstraße in Düsseldorf. Colliers advised the seller on the transaction. Brockhoff advised the buyer. The identity of the parties involved and the purchase price were not disclosed. Both buyer and seller are locally active family offices.
The building ensemble, which was built in 1962 and modernised in 1987 and 2007, is located on a plot of around 2,052 square metres in the heart of Düsseldorf’s popular Japanese Quarter. The property comprises a total usable area of approx. 6,693 square metres, of which around 4,093 square metres are office space and approx. 2,600 square metres are retail space on the ground floor. In addition, the property has 35 underground parking spaces.
