Two further long-term leases have been signed for the DUO Tower in Düsseldorf. Tattersall Lorenz, a real estate service provider operating nationwide, will move into the 16th floor with around 500 m² from November 2026. Verlag Dr. Otto Schmidt KG, a specialist publisher specialising in law, economics and taxes, will rent around 700 m² on the third floor for its Düsseldorf branch from December 2026. Both companies will thus each secure an entire floor.
Avison Young advised on the lease to Tattersall Lorenz, Savills advised on the lease to the publisher Dr. Otto Schmidt. Colliers acted as an advisor and marketing partner to the owner in both leases.
DUO Tower successfully repositioned
After extensive modernisation, the DUO Tower offers around 9,950 m² of modern and flexible office space on 18 floors with a view over Düsseldorf. Open, light-flooded work areas are complemented by single and double offices, conference rooms and think tanks for concentrated work. The focus of the floors is on social lounges with high-quality kitchenettes that promote exchange and teamwork.
With the completion of the central communal and service areas, the measures for the redesign of the DUO Tower have now been fully implemented. The roof terrace expands the lounge and meeting areas with a special open space with a view. The day bistro with seating on two levels and an outdoor terrace offers space for breaks, informal exchange and events. An in-house fitness area with showers and changing facilities is available to the entire DUO tenants. The inviting lobby with working lounge, meeting points and meeting corners rounds off the offer and creates a campus-like atmosphere.
