Logicor, a leading owner, manager and developer of European logistics real estate, has leased its property Am Ententeich 9 in Bad Hersfeld to the digital printing company Probo Print.
Probo Print is one of Europe's largest manufacturers in the digital printing sector in large format printing. The company, already based in Bad Hersfeld, will be able to expand its business activities at the new location.
The warehouse is located on a plot of approx. 15,000 m² and has approx. 7,200 m² of storage space as well as around 530 m² of mezzanine and 450 m² of office space. A ground-level hall door and nine loading ramps with electro-hydraulic dock levellers ensure efficient logistics processes. The roof is pre-equipped for the installation of a photovoltaic system.
The location is ideally connected to the A4, A5 and A7 motorways. Frankfurt Airport is less than 140 km away. The distance to Düsseldorf Airport is about 300 km.
Janica Gerecke, Country Manager Germany at Logicor says: "We are pleased to be able to offer Probo Print a suitable location for its expansion with our property. Thanks to its central location within Germany, Bad Hersfeld is a sought-after production and logistics location."
Colliers acted as an intermediary for Logicor in the leasing process.
