Peters Development GmbH is consistently expanding its nationwide acquisition and development platform and strengthening its institutional positioning in the Light Industrial and Hospitality segments. Dirk R. Sicken most recently held a management position at Haferkamp Immobilien, where he was responsible for the sales department and the Germany-wide investment division. Prior to joining Peters Development, Simon Federau worked at Frasers Property Industrial, Deutsche Reihenhaus AG and IDI Gazeley (Brookfield Logistics Properties), among others, and has extensive experience in business development, strategic acquisition and commercial project development.
With the expansion of the workforce, Peters is underlining its ambition to further expand its transaction activities as well as its early involvement in acquisition and project development processes and to align the platform for long-term growth.
