The property for sale consists of 18 houses with 143 residential units
Domicil Real Estate AG has acquired a residential complex in Berlin’s Altglienicke district in a joint venture with its main shareholder Baywobau. The complex was built in 1996 and consists of 18 houses with a total of 143 residential units and 75 parking spaces. The properties have a total area of around 11,350 m² and are almost fully let. The seller of the residential complex is a family office from southern Germany. JLL structured the sales process for the seller and brokered the transaction. Legal advice was provided by BCLP Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner and on the buyer side by Osborne Clarke. BPS Stoessel was involved in the transaction as a technical partner.
The buyer plans to market the three- to four-storey buildings with average apartment sizes of 79 m² on an individual basis. A division according to the Residential Property Act (WEG) has already taken place.
