Forvis Mazars, a leading international audit, tax and advisory firm, has joined the tenant roster at the LIXA E office building. The company’s Polish practice has leased nearly 2,500 m2 of modern office space in the building near Rondo Daszyńskiego, which will become its new Warsaw headquarters. LIXA E, part of Yareal Polska’s flagship office campus, is now almost fully leased.

The firm has operated in Poland since 1992 and currently holds a leading position in the professional services market, including audit and assurance, accounting, payroll and HR outsourcing, tax and financial advisory services covering M&A transactions and financing, consulting, as well as ESG and sustainability. With more than 400 highly qualified professionals, the Polish practice serves over 1,000 Polish and international companies of various sizes, including businesses listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. From May 2027, Forvis Mazars’ Warsaw headquarters will be located in the LIXA E office building at ul. Marcina Kasprzaka 6.

The Forvis Mazars Warsaw office at LIXA E will occupy nearly 2,500 m2 of functional space on the first floor of the building, adjacent to a landscaped patio. The fit-out and interior works are being coordinated by the Yareal Polska team, while the interior design has been developed by the renowned Massive Design studio. CBRE advised Forvis Mazars during the negotiations and execution of the long-term lease agreement.

LIXA E was developed as part of the office campus near Rondo Daszyńskiego in Warsaw. It is located on the western side of LIXA City Gardens, a publicly accessible pedestrian passage that connects the entire complex. LIXA E delivered nearly 18,000 m2 of modern commercial space to the Warsaw market and was completed in early 2024.
Developed in phases, the LIXA campus comprises five buildings with a total area of 77,000 m2, designed by the renowned HRA Architekci studio (Yareal currently owns two of the buildings: LIXA C and LIXA E). The buildings are closely aligned with Yareal Polska’s sustainability strategy, not only through the use of environmentally responsible materials and renewable energy sources – including low-carbon concrete and a façade made from 70% recycled aluminium in LIXA D and E – but also through their placemaking role. The complex includes more than 5,500 m2 of green space, including patios and terraces. LIXA is an open campus, accessible to both employees of the companies based there and Warsaw residents, who make extensive use of its wide range of services and dining options, as well as its green public squares in the heart of the city.
