FRANK and Smart Property Services become cooperation partners for special tasks in real estate portfolio management
SPS and the Hamburg-based real estate company FRANK have agreed on a cooperation for special tasks within real estate portfolios. SPS manages around 80,000 administrative units nationwide for asset managers, family offices, institutional investors and homeowners’ associations – in the commercial and residential segments. Through the new partnership, SPS customers will in future have direct access to specialised additional services that go beyond classic property management.
In addition to classic property management, SPS’s service portfolio includes rent and operating cost accounting, letting, technical maintenance, warranty management, reporting and community management for residential complexes. In recent years, the demand for services that go beyond this classic spectrum has increased among SPS’s customers: valuation and valuation of properties, construction planning and financing issues are becoming increasingly important. In addition, there are services for innovative energy solutions, including consulting, renovation and contracting, the support of tenant electricity projects or construction and energy planning.
In the future, SPS will offer these special services to its customers through its partner FRANK. FRANK has been a family-run real estate company since 1925 with locations in Hamburg, Kiel and Frankfurt and covers almost all parts of the real estate value chain with a holistic range of services. FRANK is characterized not only by more than 100 years of experience in the project development business, but also by extensive expertise in the areas of investment, development, portfolio management and energy-efficient renovation.
As a family-owned company run by the twins Philipp Körner and Peter Körner, SPS is an established market player in institutional property management.
