FRANK Immobilien und Lebensformate GmbH is responsible for the general planning for the energy-efficient renovation and further development of a residential and commercial building in Hamburg-Hamm for the Hermann Friedrich Bruhn Group. The aim of the project is a holistic energy-efficient renovation to the EH70 standard and the creation of additional living space.
The existing building at Hammer Landstraße 84 comprises around 4,900 square metres of building space, including around 3,400 square metres of living space, which is spread over 79 residential units. In addition, a doctor’s office, a kindergarten and two other retail spaces are part of the property.
As part of the mandate, FRANK is responsible for the entire general planning of architecture, technical building equipment, structural engineering and fire protection, the coordination of external specialist planning, project management, building permit management and the development of a holistic renovation and ESG concept, including profitability analysis.

Our goal is to make the buildings on Hammer Landstraße energy-efficient for the future, to permanently reduce CO₂ emissions and at the same time to ensure the long-term value stability of the property. The residential and commercial building in Hamburg-Hamm was built almost 55 years ago and has a three-winged structure with eight full storeys and a basement. The location in Hamburg’s Hamm district is characterised by its good connections to the city centre and a well-developed urban infrastructure, thus offering good conditions for sustainable portfolio development.
