Aroundtown has signed a new lease agreement for 8,727 sqm of office space at Dalton Office Park in Utrecht, bringing Daltonlaan 300 to full occupancy. The new tenant is FNV (Federatie Nederlandse Vakbeweging), the largest trade union in the Netherlands. The FNV represents the interests of employees, benefit recipients and pensioners in matters relating to work and income, is actively engaged in social and socio-political matters, and participates in local, regional and national political debates.
Aroundtown is planning a comprehensive refurbishment of the building at Daltonlaan 300 to improve its energy efficiency to an A+++ energy label and to enhance its sustainability standards by upgrading the existing BREEAM certification to “Very Good.”
Dalton Office Park comprises a total leasable area of approximately 31,000 sqm and consists of six individual office buildings, each with its own architectural character, arranged around a central water feature.
