PCC rents the 10th floor and expands rental space to around 2,000 m²
S&P Commercial Development, a subsidiary of the Sontowski & Partner Group, has achieved another leasing success in Nuremberg’s office tower “The One”: The Preventive Care Center (PCC) has also secured the entire 10th floor. Previously, the interdisciplinary specialist and preventive care centre had already moved into space on the 7th and 11th floors. With the further lease, the team of specialists now uses a total of around 2,000 m² of space.
In recent months, the PCC has successively expanded the space leased in the building and significantly expanded its medical services. The range of services ranges from gastroenterology to innovative precautionary and preventive concepts and is supplemented by new approaches such as the longevity area, which aims at holistic regeneration and prevention.
With the further expansion, the PCC is sustainably strengthening the health sector in “The One” and further expanding a future-oriented use within the building. This creates a comprehensive range of services that combines medical care, prevention and supplementary health services.

With the completion of the current lease, the occupancy rate of the property has risen to around 94 percent – only one floor is still available.
