The real estate companies Corum Asset Management (Corum) and Red Square have been able to achieve another letting success in the G2 property in Neu-Isenburg. GG Brands Germany GmbH (Gorilla Glue) will move into 365 m² of office space from the end of the third quarter of 2026. Gorilla Glue thus occupies an entire floor of the third component in the building at Siemensstraße 10. The lease is designed for ten years. The owner of the property is Corum.
CBRE and Dentons acted as advisors on the landlord side. The tenant was accompanied by blackolive, a member of German Property Partners (GPP).
G2 is part of the “Der Dornhof” office campus. This comprises a total of four buildings with a total of around 25,000 m² of rental and usable space. The G2 with just under 8,400 m² of gross floor area was developed by Red Square in 2010 and sold to the French asset manager Corum four years later. Since the sale of the property, Red Square has been mandated as property manager. In this function, the Neu-Isenburg-based real estate company is also responsible for the expansion of space, among other things.
