In this IREBS point of view, I have set myself high goals, because it is about sustainable real estate management in a world characterized by uncertainty, vulgo in a VUCA world. This is an abridged version or excerpt from a presentation I gave at this year’s crenet annual conference in Düsseldorf. Of course, the complexity in which real estate companies currently have to operate cannot be fully mapped and managed by a few simplistic measures.
