The GERLING GARDEN city centre development is set to welcome a new addition: Soulhouse, a premium provider of modern bodywork specialising in premium massages, assisted stretching and facial treatments, has taken a ground-floor premises at Spiesergasse 15. The studio, covering around 200 m², will open its doors on 30 October 2026.
CYCLA GmbH had previously been secured as a tenant for around 1,000 m². The company has opened the ATHLETICA gym at the site. Soulhouse and ATHLETICA thus complement the neighbourhood’s existing mix of uses – comprising offices, a hotel, retail and catering – with high-quality self-care and fitness facilities.
