GreenPlaces Deutschland Asset Management GmbH has completed its new location with 34 commercial modules in Bisingen (Zollernalbkreis) in Baden-Württemberg. With an investment volume of around nine million euros, a total of around 4,100 square metres of commercial space was built in solid timber construction on the approximately 7,800 square metre site at Conrad-Röntgen-Straße 6 within just over a year of construction. Of the 34 commercial units, two units are already occupied and 16 reserved.
The modules, each approx. 120 square metres in size, can be used flexibly and are particularly suitable for trades, service or light industrial businesses as well as for start-ups. They can be purchased individually or rented, but they can also be combined into larger units. The modules each consist of a ground floor area equipped with a large roller door and an additional entrance door. The area on the upper floor offers space for an office or social rooms, for example. All commercial modules are heated or cooled with a heat pump. A photovoltaic system on the roof of the rented units provides cheap electricity. Dedicated parking spaces are available for all units.
GreenPlaces has set up a showroom in module number 134 and invites you to the grand opening on Friday, July 24, 2026, 2 to 5 p.m. Over snacks and drinks, GreenPlaces presents its concept to media representatives and interested parties, answers questions and guides through the premises.
Markus Eberhard, Managing Director of GreenPlaces Germany Asset Management, says: “About half of our commercial units have already been allocated or reserved. This confirms that we meet the needs of local companies. We are very pleased to be part of Bisingen’s economic dynamism.”
Roman Waizenegger, Mayor of the municipality of Bisingen, says: “We were able to offer GreenPlaces the right plot of land for their sustainable and flexible commercial space – directly on the slip road to the four-lane federal highway 27. From there, the cities of Stuttgart, Tübingen and Reutlingen can each be reached in about an hour. This is a decisive location factor.”
The new location in Bisingen is part of the expansion strategy of GreenPlaces Deutschland Asset Management. Initially, the focus will be on economically strong regions in Baden-Württemberg, Rhineland-Palatinate, Bavaria and Hesse. In the medium term, the company also wants to develop commercial parks in the other federal states. The project development and asset management company has currently completed eleven locations in Switzerland and seven in Germany, which it holds. By 2030, the number of locations is expected to grow to around 80, the majority of which are to be built in Germany.
