HIH Invest has extended the lease agreement with the Darmstadt Main Customs Office for almost 8,000 square metres of office space in the “Atrium Office” at Hilpertstraße 20a in Darmstadt on a long-term basis. The main customs office is a long-standing tenant and main user of the property.
The five-storey office and administration building has a total of around 13,500 square metres of lettable space. A green atrium supplies the interior areas with daylight. Flexible floor plans enable different space concepts from individual and combined offices to open-space solutions. The equipment includes floor-to-ceiling windows, external sun protection, passenger lifts, a roof terrace and storage areas. In addition, 176 underground parking spaces are available.

At the same time, the contract extension is the result of the trusting cooperation that has developed over many years. The Atrium Office is located in Bürostadt West in the Darmstadt-West district near the B 26. Darmstadt’s main train station can be reached by bus or car in a few minutes. There are good regional and national transport connections via the A5 and A67 motorways. Frankfurt Airport can also be reached in about 20 minutes by car.
