Hohental GmbH is GEWOBAG’s new framework agreement partner for general contractor services for modernization and repair projects. The company was awarded the contract in an award procedure and is thus one of the selected partners that can be considered for corresponding projects of the municipal housing company in the future.
GEWOBAG is one of Berlin’s leading municipal housing companies and is considered an important driver of municipal housing construction in the capital. With the framework agreement, the company is creating the basis for the efficient implementation of modernization and repair measures in its residential portfolio. Hohental contributes its many years of experience in the renovation and further development of residential buildings.

The framework agreement forms the basis for the award of individual modernization and repair projects within their term. For the respective projects, the framework agreement partners are invited to project-related award procedures. Hohental will thus be able to participate in a large number of projects for the further development of Berlin’s housing stock in the future.
