The IC Immobilien Group has been awarded the contract for a 330,000 square metre commercial real estate portfolio by the owner’s representative, LLB Immo Kapitalanlagegesellschaft m.b.H. From the beginning of 2026, the mandate will cover the technical, commercial and accounting property management of the portfolio. This is the first mandate for the IC Immobilien Group by LLB Immo KAG.
In total, the portfolio consists of 35 individual properties spread across Germany. The total lettable area amounts to around 330,000 square metres of office, retail and hotel space.
