Continuity at the highest level: The premium real estate agent DAHLER has once again been awarded the Gold Award by the igenda Institute – for the eighth time in a row. The igenda Institute is a specialized market research and consulting company that regularly conducts independent satisfaction analyses in corporate networks. The renewed award is based on the feedback from a total of 48 DAHLER franchise partners and office managers in February and March 2026 in Germany, Austria and Spain and in particular acknowledges the exceptionally high level of satisfaction within the network.
Trust, reliability and strong partnership
The current results underline the stability and quality of the cooperation: 96 percent of those surveyed state that they are satisfied overall – on average, this corresponds to the top rating of “very good”. The relationship with the franchisor is rated as positive by 90 percent. 90 percent each confirm the high reliability and their great trust in the franchisor. Particularly remarkable: 92 percent describe the cooperation as “very good” overall.
Strong market presence as a clear differentiator
A key result of the survey is the consistently positive perception of the brand: 100 percent of the participants are convinced that DAHLER’s market presence clearly stands out from the competition. Particular emphasis is placed on the consistency of the brand and the excellent reputation of the company, both of which have been awarded top marks.
High level of identification and lived corporate culture
In addition to economic and structural factors, the emotional bond also plays a decisive role: All respondents (100 percent) fully identify with the company’s mission statement. 96 percent are proud to be part of the DAHLER network, and 93 percent confirm a strong personal connection to the system. This shows a corporate culture that is characterized by shared values, trust and long-term cooperation.
Clear recommendation and sustainable satisfaction
The high quality of the franchise system is also reflected in the long-term perspective: 95 percent of those surveyed would choose to partner with DAHLER again. 96 percent would actively recommend the company to others in their personal environment.
