IMAXX AG: Kai Hessberger is the new member of the Management Board
IMAXX AG has appointed Kai Hessberger to the new Management Board with immediate effect. The 36-year-old has been working for the company since July 1, 2026 and is now taking on additional entrepreneurial responsibility with his appointment to the Board of Management. Prior to joining IMAXX AG, Kai Hessberger was Executive Director at Lübke Kelber. “With Kai Hessberger, we are gaining a proven leader with in-depth industry experience for our Executive Board. His expertise will make a significant contribution to driving our further growth and sustainably strengthening our market position in the real estate business,” explains Jochen Ahl (Chairman of the Supervisory Board of IMAXX AG and founder of the IMAXX Group). Kai Hessberger himself is looking forward to his new task: “I am very happy about the trust and the new responsibility.
