PASENDIA, investment manager, advisor and capital partner for corporate real estate transactions, is expanding its management team: Teresa Dreo-Tempsch will become Managing Director of the company on October 1, 2026. Dreo-Tempsch can look back on more than 25 years in management positions at financial institutions and in the real estate industry in Germany and Austria. Most recently, she was a member of the Board of Management for Market at Berlin Hyp AG. There, her division included sales, treasury and portfolio management with a financing volume of around 27 billion euros. Previously, she was a member of the Management Board of ARWAG Holding AG, a real estate investor and developer with a focus on affordable housing, in Vienna. From 2009 to 2019, she was Senior Vice President at UniCredit Bank AG, where she headed the commercial real estate business in Germany with a volume of around 16 billion euros.
