Wüest Partner and MSCI join forces to support data-driven decision-making

Thanks to full integration, assessments, planning, analyses and optimisations are not only made easier, but – thanks to the improved data foundation and the AI and automation capabilities of Wüest Dimensions – are also carried out more effectively and quickly.

Following the partnership that has now been agreed, the integration of MSCI data into Wüest Dimensions is set to begin. The data will be rolled out to the platform in stages over the coming months. Wüest Partner and MSCI will provide detailed information on the specific applications.

In an increasingly complex market environment, the quality and breadth of the data set are becoming a decisive competitive advantage. Vacancy rates, transactions, investment volumes, rental trends and market cycles vary by region, property type and location. It is therefore becoming increasingly important for investors, owners, asset managers and lenders not only to monitor developments, but also to contextualise them within an international framework and use this to inform sound decisions.

Through its partnership with MSCI, Wüest Partner is expanding its already extensive database to include additional international market data and comparison tools. These include, amongst other things, transaction data from RCA, investment benchmarks and information, as well as further market-related insights. For the Wüest Dimensions Community, this means significantly more informed analyses, planning and investment decisions.

The Wüest Partner Expo Real side event, ‘What Moves the Market?’, taking place on 5 October 2026 in Munich, will demonstrate how global market data, benchmarks and digital solutions can work together. MSCI will share its perspective on its collaboration with Wüest Partner and provide direct insights into how data quality, comparability and international market information can improve investment decisions.

Under the title ‘AI, Data & Trust – How data quality, standards and AI shape investment decisions in property and infrastructure’, representatives from Wüest Partner, MSCI and other partners will discuss how data can be turned into sound investment decisions.
