The Korean cosmetics concept Moida K-beauty is expanding into the German market and will open its first location in Hamburg. To this end, the company has rented 1,200 m² in the Semperhaus at central Spitalerstraße 10. The areas were most recently used by the interior designer Depot and will be handed over to Moida K-beauty in a few days. The opening is to follow soon. The Semperhaus, built in 1907, is managed by a Hamburg Kontorhaus management company with expertise in historic commercial buildings, which acts as landlord.
JLL has been commissioned by Moida K-beauty to advise on the expansion in Germany and brokered the lease. So far, Moida K-beauty is only represented in the UK in Europe.
