Two of the three components of the Bauwo Logistics Park have thus been leased
The project developer Bauwo has leased two of the three components of its Dombühl logistics park, which is currently under construction. The company “Müller – Die lila Logistik” secures a total of around 52,000 m² of usable space, of which 45,400 m² is hall space. JLL advised the landlord and brokered the deal.
The logistics park is located in the Dombühl-Süd industrial and commercial area with connections to the A6 and A7 motorways. The nearest larger city is Ansbach, Nuremberg is about 80 km away.
Occupancy is planned for the fourth quarter of 2026. The approximately 25,500 m² of hall space in the remaining part of the building are still available. The Bauwo logistics park is certified with DNGB Gold.
