Experienced healthcare real estate specialist focuses on complex advisory mandates
Role reversal in the healthcare investment team at JLL: Peter Tölzel, Senior Team Leader of the division for more than three years, is handing over the management of the department to David Keller, who has been specializing in healthcare real estate together with Tölzel since 2022, effective May 1, 2026. Tölzel will now focus his approximately 30 years of industry experience again on complex consulting mandates. At the same time, he will continue his participation in various technical committees as a thought leader and participate as a speaker at specialist conferences. The graduate engineer has been working for JLL since 2008, was initially in valuation and has been in the investment sector since 2021.
Tölzel’s successor David Keller has been with JLL since 2014, with a short interruption, gained experience in valuation and asset management before specializing in healthcare at the beginning of 2022. In his new role as Team Leader, he will report to Michael Bender, Head of Residential JLL Germany.
