JLL advised the owner Deka on the lease
The sportswear brand Teveo is opening its first retail store in Germany. The company has leased around 950 m² at Ehrenstraße 69 in Cologne, which is spread over the ground floor and basement. The upper floors of the listed and fully let property house apartments and offices. The total lettable area is 2,260 m². The owner is Deka Immobilien Investment GmbH. JLL advised Deka on the letting as part of an asset management mandate.
The opening of Teveo’s flagship store is planned for the end of 2026. The fashion brand Diesel was present on the space until 2023. After they moved out, there were various interim rentals. Teveo is a sportswear brand with a focus on fitness, running, Pilates and yoga.
