The JUNiCKE Group, a real estate investor active in northern and eastern Germany with a focus on logistics, light industrial real estate and company settlement, has successfully leased an approximately 2,200 square metre commercial space at Wiesenauer Straße 2 in the Brink-Hafen industrial estate in Hanover to K&K Dichtungstechnik- und Sanitärhandel GmbH. The lease was concluded for three years.
In the future, the wholesale company from the sanitary and heating sector will use the space in particular for the storage and distribution of its extensive product range. With the new location, K&K Dichtungstechnik is creating the spatial conditions for the further development of business operations in the Hanover region.
The property in the Brink-Hafen industrial estate has flexibly usable hall space with ground-level and ramp-supported delivery options and thus offers good conditions for warehouse, logistics and retail uses. The convenient location also enables a quick connection to the regional and national transport network.
